The early stages of cultural change are often the hardest. They require conviction, sustained energy and an honest willingness to examine what we do and how we do it. A lean culture is not simply a toolkit; it changes how we think about work, value and purpose. When that conversation becomes part of daily work, we know progress is real. I thanked everyone who had driven the transformation from their role. The achievement belonged to all of us.
